Great Food! Also was told they have a spicy version of the Fry Sauce, it was very good, not a lot of spice but a nice kick to the original if you like a little heat.

FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! But the best part was the worker who served the custard! I dropped it and she was SOOO kind and helped clean it and make a new one all with a smile on her face! I asked her for her name just for this review! Thank you SOOO much Sadie for making my day!

Ordered online carry out was very disappointed as when it told me online that my order was complete it wasn’t received when I arrived I sat their for 10 minutes before one of the employees took it off a tray and gave it to me, the bag was cold and I was very disappointed with the slow service and cold food then I get home to find out there’s barely cheese on my cheese fries and the onion rings were burnt I’m very disappointed as their about quality, hospitality, and timeliness, but the food was not quality I couldn’t finish my food as it sucked, the timeliness wasn’t there either very disappointed as their letting their company go down hill and not following their own core values. I do not recommend Freddy’s if you want a nice fast casual place to eat this is not it.

Avoid the tots—I regretted ordering them. They were severely overcooked, greasy, and unappetizing. They were literally like a weird yellow color inside. They look great in promotional photos, but what I received was far from that. On top of that, I specifically asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and got a crispy one instead. The store also had a lot of flies, which only added to the frustration.

The staff was very nice, but initial friendly service doesn’t make up for bad food. Save yourself the trouble—go to Culver’s down the road. You’ll get better food, bigger portions, and an overall better experience.
