Fries are always barely lukewarm, today one of the patties on my sandwich was not cooked completely.

This is the second time that I have ate at this location that I have got my sandwich and it had no meat on it. I got all the way home because I got my order to go went to take my sandwich out of the bag and there was no meat on it so if you’re taking your orders to go, make sure that it has Meat on it before you leave the building.

First they put the Freddy's original single in the kids meal and the kids single cheeseburger in the adult meal🤔...the food would have been great if it would have been remotely warm. Waited 20 minutes for disappointment.

The screwed up my order from the start. I ordered two double California combos. One of them was supposed to be lettuce wrap the other one was supposed to be normal with a bun. I got two lettuce wrap one was a double one was a single. My wife wanted onion rings with her one that had the bun and I wanted cheese curds with the one with the lettuce wrap. My wife started eating the lettuce wrap one even though she didn't want it because it had the onion rings I went back and talked to the people and had to wind up arguing that they gave us the wrong ones and they went and argued with me back and forth until I asked for a manager. The manager come out I explained to him what it was and after a while he was willing to give me one with a bun and one with a double lettuce. Before the manager came out the person that I was talking to was arguing with me saying that I just wanted an extra hamburger. I told him that my option would be bring everything back and he could give me my money. He didn't want to do that. The manager took care of the problem which the other person could have taken care of the problem instead of having my food get cold and having to argue about their screw up. No photos were made because I will not go back to Freddy's again.

Actually, my first experience with Freddy's was through third party platform. That being said, the food held up through travel and was quite tasty. Burger was customizable and the Oreo Custard sandwich was quite good. It kind of reminds me of Checkers (from other markets) as a good comp. Very good overall experience. Can't wait to go back and try other items.
