Actually, my first experience with Freddy's was through third party platform. That being said, the food held up through travel and was quite tasty. Burger was customizable and the Oreo Custard sandwich was quite good. It kind of reminds me of Checkers (from other markets) as a good comp. Very good overall experience. Can't wait to go back and try other items.

They messed up and lost my order, place has a lot of trainees so I think one accidentally closed it out after serving me the concrete. Reason that my review is 5 stars is that when I brought it to their attention (after waiting a bit), the manager was extremely apologetic and asked what she could do to make up for it.

I ended up asking for a refund and she granted it. Things happen and I appreciate them doing their best to rectify the mistake.

FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! But the best part was the worker who served the custard! I dropped it and she was SOOO kind and helped clean it and make a new one all with a smile on her face! I asked her for her name just for this review! Thank you SOOO much Sadie for making my day!
