Holy moly! They have flavorburst soft-serve here! I was under the impression that I had to drive far out of Des Moines for it. I love this stuff! The flavors were robust and the soft-serve was so creamy! We also tried a vanilla malt and it was delicious! We came while there was a tournament in town but there are always lines here. And, for good reason! They also have hand-scooped ice cream that everyone was praising! The staff was quick and friendly!
Don't make it out here but once a year but this is a must go 40 miles out of my way for place! This place buts Baskin Robin's to shame the flavor and texture the creamyness of the smooth ice cream is remenecent of days long past and mom would have us kids churn the ice cream maker by hand while they grilled the chicken for supper. We couldn't afford steak 4 teens and 2 adults then.
My favorite ice cream place ever! The staff is always friendly. They have bathrooms and outside seating. The prices are so cheap! Our family of 4 can get mediums and spend 16.00 total. They have a huge variety of flavors including maple nut! I give 10 out of 5 stars!!!
