The last three times I've been here I had problems. 1st time they wouldn't accept a 50 dollar bill, 2nd time I found a hair in my sandwich and now they literally said they have no bread. We will not be coming back to this location ever again

just finished my sandwich, on the road from WI to NE and this place was a perfect stopping point. inside was nice and clean and we got our sandwiches super fast. i was pleasantly surprised with how good my sandwich was, normally when i get jimmie johns it’s pretty gross but i liked this one!

So I have been working in this area for the past few days and I have been extremely busy working 14hr days so I really didn't have any time to eat. On my way to the job site in the morning, I saw this Jimmy John's, which made me think of my all-time favorite sandwich, the J.J. Gargantuan! 14 hours I was thinking about that awesome sandwich and even worked hard to make sure I would be there half an hour before they closed at 10:00 pm. When I finally pull in the drive-thru at 9:20pm 40 minutes before closing, the guy on the speaker tells me they have no bread, and if I want something, I can only get a wrap.............. What kind of sandwich shop that has some of the best sandwiches on the market, doesn't have sandwich bread?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!? If I wanted a burrito, I would go to a cantina! So I got the J.J. in wrap form because it was too late, and I was too tired to go anywhere else. Got back to my hotel and bit into it and was completely filled with disappointment, I ate about half of it because I had to eat something, and the rest went into the trash where it belonged. I will never return to this Jimmy John's location ever again. No sandwich bread, what a joke! ??♂️

The Bootleg sub is phenomenal! The staff all seemed to enjoy their work, which is a great reflection on management.
This store helped me with a large order on short notice. They did an amazing job and their willingness was much appreciated in our time of need. Amazing staff!

Ordered through DD, completely forgot I had the Jimmy app. Whoever the guy was from Jimmy's who dropped off our order just now, 12/15/23 a little before 9 pm, thank you for letting me know I can save money ordering through them and not DD. Nice dude, thank you, I'll use the app from now on! Food is also delicious as always!!

We ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive through then waited 15 minutes for the only car that was in front of us, which that person drove off without food. I then pulled forward, the employee had put both orders on the same ticket even though I had said a few times they were 2 separate orders/tickets. She fixed that fast & then we sat there at the drive up for another 20 minutes. We were watching all employees just stand around and walk back n forth. Not one of them acknowledge us until they handed us our sandwiches and said, "sorry bout the wait, u guys want cookies?" SERIOUSLY CONFUSED ON FREAKY FAST!!
