Parking spaces are extremely tight, no full sized pickup or SUV fits. Not enough bathrooms, had to wait 5 minutes to wash my hands.

McAllister‘s was great for lunch between ball games! We will be going back to this place again.
I ordered a sandwich/soup combination. I asked for one soup (they were out of that so ok I just ordered a different one) and ordered a chicken salad sandwich. The order came with some chicken salad on lettuce which is no where on the menu and not a sandwich and soup delivered with no spoon. They didn't have right size cup for my sweet tea. I've been to other McAlisters and enjoyed my food but clearly this place could use different management.

I want to love it, and the food is generally good, but we have a terrible time getting everything we order when we order lunch for work. We’ve had pieces missing every time we’ve ordered as a group.

Your average chain sandwich place. Also, I don't tip an employee for using a cash register, remove it on the payment screen.

Honesty, great food for the most part. Atmosphere inside was really nice. I’ve done pick up as well and that is fairly smooth too. Only complaints are they give you an optional tipping screen when paying, when they don’t really offer any courtesy acts once they’ve given you your food both for dining in and for pick up. Also they jack up the price on tea, lemonades and certain sides, and I have to say the fruit cup is not worth the price jump. But their sandwiches are great, service is fast, and overall not bad if you just get a water and chips for your drink and side.

Counter girl was quite rude. She brought the food out with a attitude. Their location has no kids days

This location cannot get an online order correct if their life depended upon it. In the odd chance that they do get an order right the food is great. However, this is the third time my order has been incorrect. How hard is it to make a Turkey sandwich with no honey mustard? The email I received said no mustard, the receipt on the bag said no mustard, and the kitchen ticket on the sandwich wrapper said no mustard. Yet, the sandwich I received was swimming in mustard, top bun - bottom bun, a true plethora of mustard. Never again...

Mess up my order everytime. It’s not that difficult. I don’t want mustard. I want mayo instead. If I had 4 hands, I’d give this location 4 thumbs down. I’m going to jimmy John’s from here on out!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Good food. Sandwiches that are supposed to be hot (such as my Reuben) come out Luke warm. Inside A/C was freezing.
