Got lunch here today. We waited 45 minutes for our order. No one at front counter to handle all the complaints and messed up orders. One lady DID get her money returned because of the long wait. It was just a colossal mess today.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Waited well over 45 minutes for our food, would have left but couldn’t get an attendant to cancel the order. Crowd of people waiting for assistance, employees walking by without offering assistance. Won’t be back.

Edit to add: Once we received our order, sauces were missing. I waited in line and finally asked cashier Issac for sauce. He stared at me for a solid 45 seconds without saying anything. I honestly thought he was having some sort of medical emergency, I asked him again and he sighed and got the wrong sauces. The glare he gave me left me shook up.

The McDonald's in Grimes had horrible service I just ordered a $5.50 meal nothing special and I had to wait 20 minutes while everyone else got their food and went around me then I said just give me my money back and they brought my food finally nobody knows what happened a bunch of young boys working apparently somebody wasn't paying attention will never go back there again they did not even offer to give me a coupon for a free sandwich next time or give me one more chicken nugget ridiculous

Highly disappointed. Didn’t receive a side of fries and my drink after waiting for the curbside pickup for longer than necessary which I didn’t mind till I later found out I was missing food. Not loving it. Do better.

Ordered a McDouble with just ketchup and large fry and a large pop. Given an old dried out plain mcdouble with ketchup added and old, stale fries. This place has gone so far downhill. The only thing good was the pop.

What happened to the Quarter Pounder? I ordered one just yesterday. It was a thin burger and the bun was smaller than burger. No taste at all. They used to nice and juicy and bun was same size as meat.
No more visits to McDonalds. (Burger served was burnt, requested new one)

They mess up orders almost everytime. Forgetting nuggets, not doing the changes for more major items, and it always takes a long time.

This McDonald’s sucks. Management thinks it’s more efficient to take a million peoples orders and have everyone pay and pull forward, wrapping around the building. But any efficiency gained from taking the maximum orders possible is then lost by the employees having to walk a quarter mile just to hand you either the wrong order or your order, missing something.

One of the best Mc Donalds I have ever experienced! Our kids love coming to this location because of the fun friendly atmosphere. The management is on point and they really go above and beyond! Thank you! Your staff is doing great keep up the great work. Mama of two

Just got lunch and I ordered a Mc Chicken and an Iced Caramel Coffee. The coffee had zero flavoring and tastes like coffee with watered down milk and then the mcchicken has just mayo on it...no lettuce. I wanted to turn back to complain about the coffee but am on my lunch break and didn't have the time to go back. But whoever is doing lunch rush today is failing.

Unbelievably slow. 20plus minutes for two sandwiches. They do have some rude employees with no customer service skills either. Didn’t receive a straw for my drink either.
