This place needs a whole new staffing team or just needs to be shut down. We ordered 2 burritos for delivery through the Pancheros app on a Sunday afternoon. When the food got here, there was only one burrito and the DoorDash person was like “yeah you’re gonna have to call them.” Okay?

The Grimes location has ALWAYS been terrible from being dirty, out of ingredients and bad employees. I went there today and the lobby floor, as well as behind the counter, were extremely dirty. The trash was overflowing and the napkin dispensers were empty. The soda machine was also out of one or two options. This location was so slow. Had messed up two orders prior to us and we ordered online and they hadn’t even started it by the time we got there. and it wasn’t busy. (15 min after we ordered) and we waited until 6:30 for our food. one kid handling food had a hole in his glove. the others were clueless and didn’t know where anything was. no clear manager on staff to direct these kids. very disappointing. will not be back to this location.
