Rice was hard, pico was far from fresh, food was lukewarm, tiny portions, unable to hear the staff and they had a hard time hearing me, along with being unfriendly.

Ordered a burrito online and they left out the tofu. Didn’t even call to let me know they were out of tofu, just made the burrito without.

Where do I even start…. I always go to the pancheros in Johnston which is AMAZING. the employees here do not care about their job and do not even know how to wrap a burrito properly. Food literally was falling out from the bottom. Was charged for guac, but never even got it on my burrito… overall horrible. I will continue to go to the Johnston one where they care and take pride in your work. Save your money and go to a DIFFERENT pancheros instead of this one.

This was discussing the food was terrible the service was terrible and my meat didn't even taste like meat then within 15 min of eating a few bites my stomach was messed d up. Ps this was my 3rd time trying and all three times were terrible I just quit on this place

Came in around 10:50 PM om wednesday august 7th, shout out to the lady (black and blonde hair) making my burrito, she was really nice even tho i came in 10 minutes before closing, even gave me a little extra chicken

I’ve came to this location several times prior and the GM here today is making some great improvements regarding service mindset. She honored my free chips and queso coupon and was very friendly. As DM of another organization I am honored to leave her a great review for the service she provide my family and I today.

Every Pancheros I've been to is good, but this one I always avoid. Today I tried to give it another chance and it was a bad idea. Food was cold, chewy, and they barley filled my bowl. Also, the 2 ladies that were making the bowls had a very bad attitude. There was a little girl infront of me that the workers were yelling at her to "speak up" and being very rude to her. The one at the register was nice but the other 2 were terrible. I'm sticking to Chipotle.

Awful customer service. The overweight guy with dark hair was so so rude — like you are making money and delivery drivers are helping you make money. Probably shouldn’t be working there.
