Thankful to have a PJs up in Grimes. Pizzas are promptly and accurately made to order and are delicious. Customer service is also top notch with employees like Mason who go above and beyond providing excellent customer service!

Horrible customer service. Girl at the counter putting boxes together couldn’t walk two steps to grab my food. Took a full two minutes before I could make eye contact with her to ask about my food, at which time she promptly told me someone would be right with me. Took another couple of minutes until someone was came to the counter and was capable of turning 180 degrees, walk two steps, and grab my order. Didn’t give us the correct sauces we requested either.

I’m going to rate high as I appreciate anyone who makes food for me and my family especially when I don’t want to lol However while everyone was friendly and all were working diligently they seemed very unorganized and instead of updating online order times and in store order times they kept giving everyone highly inaccurate time frames. I was given a 30 minute window online. Showed up after 40 minutes and he told me it would be 8 minutes. Well after a few walks around the little strip business building I went inside again and still my order was not ready this went on for an hour. I finally witnessed a customer walk over grab her own pizza and walk out so I took it upon myself to also walk over and low and behold my order had been sitting for who knows how long. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt because some lady was already cursing them out at this point over her order so I kindly told one of the gentleman, You know if you gave people an accurate time frame it would give more people a chance to give y’all some grace. We don’t want lies we want the truth. The food was accurate and made well and the staff were friendly even under fire. Please teach your staff how to appropriately respond to time delays and other obstacles to set them up for better success. I genuinely felt bad it seemed like no one was in charge and there was no leadership aside from the man up front cheering the team on.

We’ve ordered from this location multiple times. It is usually good but today our order was swapped with someone else’s. We ended up waiting around 20 minutes for our pizza to be made while the rest of our food was getting cold. Mistakes happen but we were not offered anything for the inconvenience. As we get into the food we found small rubber bands in our pizza. Very disappointing, dangerous and just gross.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Refused to take an order for a school that serves students with special needs. Hung up on a customer, three different times. Whoever owns this store needs to have a conversation with the people that are working at his/her store!
