Hit and miss. Products are good, but the wait times are unacceptable. I have waited at the counter for ten minutes and not even been greeted by anybody. The baristas seem hopelessly overworked, so I blame management for not having enough of them to run this place. It wasn't even a peak time to be there today and I just walked out because I didn't think it would take over ten minutes to get my order in, and then who knows how must longer it would have taken to complete my order. Ridiculous.

I cannot emphasize enough, just how fantastic this location is, especially the staff here! They are so awesome to deal with each and every day, they are friendly and sincerely awesome to deal with. I always get my usual order and they reverses it up...heck, they remember and always treat me great, way to go ladies!!

Stopped here on our way through DM. Cool atmosphere, nice selection of food & drinks. I got the iced cafe borgia & it was delicious, hot turtle & hot butterfinger for my husband & sons were both good as well!

It's attached to a Hy-Vee gas station so it's a little noisy and full of distractions compared to the locations that are not. As always the drinks are amazing and the price is reasonable! Best part of this location was the Barista and her level of customer service A+

New go-to spot for reading when I’m visiting town, the Dutch Mocha was delicious
We needed to come and sit for a few hours to get some work done and found this place! Super cute and cozy. There are several different seat options and good food and drink choices. The food is good sized portions and the price is reasonable. The workers were all very nice.

We ordered iced nutty Irishman coffee and we watched as they prepared it. It was almost all milk. Maybe two ounces was coffee and we ordered the 20 oz size. It did not taste at all like nuts or coffee. Very disappointing but nice atmosphere.

Love the product, hate the service. Ordered two muffins (both were cold), flavored coffee (was not hot and got regular blend) and wait in drive thru took a really long time. I've ordered coffee in the afternoon on several occasions and the coffee is always barely warm. I love their coffee and sandwiches but would love to see improvements to their customer service.

So usually its great. But lately the last few times I went, service has dropped, at least in the inside counter. I have two examples. First was when I was standing in line and ordered/paid 3 people behind me had their drinks done before me. I didnt say anything assuming it was a 1 time thing. It hasn't been. I try not to be rude to people while they work because i don't know their lives but it just really felt icky. Next example is they would avoid taking my order. One would be focused on the drive through/food. And the other just wondering around refusing to make eye contact. Wasn't even helping the one doing the work. It really sucks to watch but also stand there for 10 minutes. Now before its assumed I have a complicated order... I only order hot coco and maybe a pre wrapped snack from out front.
