Love the product, hate the service. Ordered two muffins (both were cold), flavored coffee (was not hot and got regular blend) and wait in drive thru took a really long time. I've ordered coffee in the afternoon on several occasions and the coffee is always barely warm. I love their coffee and sandwiches but would love to see improvements to their customer service.
So usually its great. But lately the last few times I went, service has dropped, at least in the inside counter. I have two examples. First was when I was standing in line and ordered/paid 3 people behind me had their drinks done before me. I didnt say anything assuming it was a 1 time thing. It hasn't been. I try not to be rude to people while they work because i don't know their lives but it just really felt icky. Next example is they would avoid taking my order. One...
This is a great coffee place but their sammys are so good!! Rise and Shine for breakfast and any of the sandwiches on the croissants are delish. I specifically love the veggie one!!
