Hit and miss. Products are good, but the wait times are unacceptable. I have waited at the counter for ten minutes and not even been greeted by anybody. The baristas seem hopelessly overworked, so I blame management for not having enough of them to run this place. It wasn't even a peak time to be there today and I just walked out because I didn't think it would take over ten minutes to get my order in, and then who knows how must longer it would have taken to complete...
I cannot emphasize enough, just how fantastic this location is, especially the staff here! They are so awesome to deal with each and every day, they are friendly and sincerely awesome to deal with. I always get my usual order and they reverses it up...heck, they remember and always treat me great, way to go ladies!!
Stopped here on our way through DM. Cool atmosphere, nice selection of food & drinks. I got the iced cafe borgia & it was delicious, hot turtle & hot butterfinger for my husband & sons were both good as well!
