Bad service, I waited 20 minutes for 1 simple drink. There was no name on my cup, and this wasn't the first time. They never apologized.
I understand that it’s Mother’s Day today, so I get that things can be busy—but my experience was still incredibly frustrating. I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience today was frustrating enough that I felt like it needed to be said. I placed a mobile order through the Starbucks app for the drive-through and got an email confirmation saying it was received and completed. When I got to the drive-through, I was told they didn’t have my order and that I needed to come inside. I explained that the app showed my order was completed, but instead of looking into it or offering a solution, I was told it was probably due to a “new system.” That felt more like an excuse than anything else. I was told to leave the drive-through and go inside, where the line was incredibly long—on Mother’s Day, no less. I had already ordered and paid ahead of time, but still ended up leaving empty-handed. This whole situation was really disappointing and felt like a complete waste of time. I expected better especially when the issue was on their end.

The guy with bleeding and peeling hands should not be doing anything food/drink related. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t even want my drink anymore.

They never have food available. Their online system doesn’t seem to update in real time. Every time I go to this location it feels like a waste of time and gas.

I go to this Starbucks regularly, pretty close to everyday and I place a mobile order in advance. The app tells me the progress of my order and I get it with no issue. Today I show up to a completely empty drive thru line and get handed my drink and food item and get told in a VERY rude tone that I need to give them extra time for my order to come in before showing up to get it…I understand some discrepancy in when I placed the order to when I pick it up but the app told me a time it would be ready and the store wasn’t busy at all. The tone was completely unwarranted from someone I’ve never even seen at this location before. I know they probably don’t care but they lost a regular today. I’m not paying that type of money to be spoken to like that.
Cashier in the drive-through, mixed up orders and gave mine to the car front of me. I could see the driver take a drink, and then hand it back to the cashier. When it came to my turn, they proceeded to hand me the same beverage I stated I didn’t want that since I saw him take a drink. When they came back with my “new” drink, it had a lip gloss lip print on the lid. So they never made a new one… GROSS!!!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over a year and never had a problem. I loved it, I come nearly every morning and a lot of the old crew knows me by name. This morning a short purpled haired woman named Mindy or Mandy was possibly the rudest encounter of customer service I have experienced in this whole city. She didn’t give me the correct order and argued with me over it instead of fixing it because “they were busy”. Very disappointing. I’ll be making the extra drive to a different location from now on.

We have had several issues with this location but the most recent was a little much. My daughter wanted to stop on her birthday as she received a notification from Starbucks that said “enjoy your favorite food or drink on us”. She wanted to order a sandwich. The woman at the drive thru very rude to sighed and said we couldn’t use the points for a sandwich, we could only use it for a drink. When I asked about it she just repeated herself. Okay. We paid for her sandwich and got a chai for myself. While waiting in line, we watched her hair the incorrect drink to the car in front of us several times, the customer would hold the drink and give it back. I ordered a Trenta chai, which I could visibly see was one of the drinks she handed to the people in the car which they handed back. She kept it in her hand as they drove away and handed it directly to me. In any establishment I’ve ever been in, if another customer took that drink in their car and handed it back, the barista would have dumped it out and made a new one, not handed it to the next person. I immediately threw it away and didn’t bother coming back. Caribou is clearly the better way to go.
