Just a reminder that some people are on their way to work in the morning. So perhaps when there are 8 cars in line the team fist bumps with customers and oogling over a dog in a car can be a little more brief.

Ordered ahead and got there about five minutes after placing the order. I was the only customer in the establishment with at least 5 baristas working. I ordered a blonde vanilla latte with light ice as I always do and it tasted like pure milk. When I asked them to redo it, they said that since I ordered it with light ice it was bound to taste more milky. But I order it every time and it’s never been nearly that bad. Once they remade it with normal ice it still tasted extremely milky and bland and I ended up not drinking it. Meanwhile, I had two food items that were supposed to be warmed up, and after 20 minutes of waiting for my food items they were still not warm at all when I received them. Multiple employees working yet it still took 20 minutes for my order to be completed. I understand if there was an issue with the heater but if that’s the case they should have said something. Worst food and service I’ve had at a Starbucks.

Good place and I know a bunch of high school kids work they and best thing but wish reward get out hy vee then get own building then big comeback history, but anyway worker over there fantastic and best ever if I was there boss giving raise in money because accomplished one thing no one ever accomplished treat the customer and good service and hard work too.

Bad service, I waited 20 minutes for 1 simple drink. There was no name on my cup, and this wasn't the first time. They never apologized.
I understand that it’s Mother’s Day today, so I get that things can be busy—but my experience was still incredibly frustrating. I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience today was frustrating enough that I felt like it needed to be said. I placed a mobile order through the Starbucks app for the drive-through and got an email confirmation saying it was received and completed. When I got to the drive-through, I was told they didn’t have my order and that I needed to come inside. I explained that the app showed my order was completed, but instead of looking into it or offering a solution, I was told it was probably due to a “new system.” That felt more like an excuse than anything else. I was told to leave the drive-through and go inside, where the line was incredibly long—on Mother’s Day, no less. I had already ordered and paid ahead of time, but still ended up leaving empty-handed. This whole situation was really disappointing and felt like a complete waste of time. I expected better especially when the issue was on their end.

They never have food available. Their online system doesn’t seem to update in real time. Every time I go to this location it feels like a waste of time and gas.
