They are busy and if I had to guess probably extremely understaffed but everyone is always so nice! They always apologize if the wait is long and my drinks are always delicious!

Both ladies today were incredibly friendly, drinks were made perfectly AND they have the eggnog latte.

They take forever to get the drink out to people and to only get a taste of water. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and said only 2 shots of the espresso and they gave it to me all watery.
