Came in this evening, the guy with pony tail and glasses was very rude. Rushed me through the line, no customer service skills, didn’t get to order more than the one sandwich when I had more to order. Went to talk he interrupted me and said “the veggie station is next step”. So went I went to order more at the register a different guy goes “you’re suppose to do that down there” I replied: “I never got a chance to”. No apologies, felt like a chore to order a sandwich.

My daughter picked up the order which was 2 subs a big cookie and 2 3 dollar rollups things. And 2 bags of chips... when we got home there was no cookie or chips. I sent in a complaint online and they haven't even responded. Amazing food. Just check your bags before you leave they may not give you everything you ordered

Online order was over 20 minutes past the promised time. Multiple people who walked in and ordered on the spot got their sandwiches before I did.

Came in with my kids and there was no line but we waited for 5-10 mins, they were making sandwiches for someone that had ordered online. Didn’t even say hello, or a I’ll be with you until they made the other order. Just think things should’ve handled differently 🤷‍♀️

I echo the comments of others on the coupon non-acceptance. I work at home and live within a mile of the store and would be a routine/weekly customer if not for their stance on coupons. I won't be back.

Got a two footlongs for $13 cupon. It's no $5 footlong, but the best you could do in today's age. Turns out the shop has the right to refuse them and there's no sineage indicating their refusal. After that it was rung up to $21 and I just walked out, it ain't worth it.

They don’t accept coupons,

Went in this place happy to grab a meal only to find out at check out they don't take coupons. There is no information on their website or anywhere posted on the store letting customers know, that they don't take coupns. If I would've knows this before hand I would've went somewhere else. Will never come back here again. I guess now, its call first to any Subway to see if they even take coupons otherwise stop sending coupons in the mail. Apparently its only the deal of the owner of this location according to the lady at checkout. Anyways f this place.
