Employee took it upon themselves to close store 10 minutes early. Sign in window and on website indicates should be open till 10 PM. Arrived at 9:50 on 8 October October 2025 doors were locked.

For the past 2-3 years they sold us nothing but love and caring the staff is so nice they knew our order by heart and got it ready

Greyson was so polite and well spoken in assisting me with my order. I complimented him too and he received it with a smile. My sub sandwich was perfectly made well. Not sloppy but neatly dressed. Thanks. Will be back.

Assistant Manager called me and argued with me and said I was wrong then hung up on me!!
As a truck driver, I order 2 footlongs every week for meals in my truck. In the order I DO NOT select sauce and when the app used to let you put instructions I always put in capital letters NO SAUCE .. I can't stand the sauces and for meal prep for a week the sandwich is soggy mess! I have tried speaking with them, but their phone isn't working anymore! I hope the manager or franchise owner sees this and contacts me!

Have you ever heard of a Franchise restaurant that refuses to honor coupons that are issued by the company? Neither have I until I visited this Subway. Of course, they don't notify you of this until they've made your sandwich and you can't make another decision. Honestly, if they don't like the coupons that help drive customers to their restaurant, my advice would be to take down the Subway branding and just open a deli.
Came in this evening, the guy with pony tail and glasses was very rude. Rushed me through the line, no customer service skills, didn’t get to order more than the one sandwich when I had more to order. Went to talk he interrupted me and said “the veggie station is next step”. So went I went to order more at the register a different guy goes “you’re suppose to do that down there” I replied: “I never got a chance to”. No apologies, felt like a chore to order a sandwich.

My daughter picked up the order which was 2 subs a big cookie and 2 3 dollar rollups things. And 2 bags of chips... when we got home there was no cookie or chips. I sent in a complaint online and they haven't even responded. Amazing food. Just check your bags before you leave they may not give you everything you ordered
