Ordered 5 crunch tacos no lettuce on Saturday night. Got home and every taco had lettuce on it plus 2 of the tacos seemed like they had been dipped in water or something as they were soggy! Obviously I didn't eat any of it. Waste of $12. Made the mistake of going back the next day. Ordered 5 crunch tacos no lettuce. Got home and they didn't add lettuce but I only received 4 of the 5 tacos I paid for. I am done with the Grimes, IA. location. Do not waste your time or Money here!!!!!!

This is the second time I've been disappointed by this location. The first time I ordered a taco without cheese and jalapeno sauce. They put maybe hakf a spoon of meat in the shell. No lettuce whatsoever. This is the second time if it's happened. Is it going to be open till 2:00 a.m. can we still get good quality even though it's after hours.

I bought a chicken taco with maybe two tiny chunks of chicken and basically it was a lettuce taco for 3.30$ and a Pepsi product that was huge. Maybe that’s the only size they have, but worst 6.36 $ I’ve ever spent. That’s why I quit Johns, used to think bell was a better bet, Nope!

This is a very dirty Taco Bell, the floors had so much food on them, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, definitely not checked every 30 minutes like sign says. Very disappointed and will not return.
I understand it’s in a suburban area where most people are settled in their careers, and many teens don’t need jobs because their parents take care of them, but this place is severely understaffed. They just can’t handle a lunch rush.
I placed a DoorDash order and have been waiting over 30 minutes (and counting I’m still waiting). Maybe someone called off or quit, but I’ve never had to wait this long for a DoorDash order. On top of that, the lady locked the restaurant doors to keep customers from coming in who knew they could even do that?
I’m sitting in my car watching the drive-thru, which is completely empty, yet they’re still saying it’ll be a long wait. This place clearly needs more employees to function properly. Well I’m going in to see if the door dashed order is ready.

We love Taco Bell; however, this location is horrible. We've been there 3 times and will NOT return. The amount of ingredients in their tacos is an embarrassment... maybe a teaspoon meat and the shells were only 1/4 full, including all of the ingredients.
