Yummy! I had the chicken Asiago and it was super good! Service was amazing and the food came out hot. They have pizzas to go that we'll have to come back and try!

I don't think they will make it in Grimes if their online order accuracy stays as it's been. People dislike getting home and finding errors on their order and even more having to check before they leave. Save that for McDonalds and their dumpster fire service. 1st St Grimes

Three of us stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We were seated in a back room (the restaurant is an old house) and had privacy, which was nice. Our server came to the table quickly and got our drink orders. We purused the menu and made our selections. Our drinks were replenished before they reached the bottom, and our food came out quickly. I got the Cajun Chicken sandwich, which was just the right size, and nicely flavored. My wife got the Salmon BLP, which was OK, but she felt a bit oversauced which took away from some of the other toppings. Our dining companion got the Prime and Crown, which was a lunch special that day. He really enjoyed the meat combo and said the cheese and aioli were a good compliment. Fries are the coated variety, and they were hot and crunchy. Our server Teri was fantastic. Cheery, highly efficient, and very pleasant. All in all we enjoyed the experience and would go back!

***MAKE NOTE*** The vast majority of these reviews are for the previous establishment at this location (The Radish). I'm fairly certain I read that Prime u0026 Crown is new ownership/management and it's only been open about a week (first week of October). Not sure how this works with Google on prior reviews, but these should not be reflective of the current restaurant. As the single star will reflect, this was a hugely disappointing experience that we really had high hopes for based on looking at the menu ahead of time. We came in for Sunday breakfast and while it was far from busy (might have been 2 other tables besides us), the service was severely lacking. We were seated right away and had PLENTY of time to review them menu and make our choices because it took that long to get waited on after being seated. My wife ordered a mimosa, I ordered vodka and OJ for our drinks and for food my wife ordered the California egg white omelet and I ordered the breakfast chimichanga and both came with hash browns. I suppose the drinks came in a reasonable amount of time, but when they arrived, neither seemed like they had much more to them than OJ. At no point did we ever receive nor were we even offered water. Then we waited on our food. And waited. And waited some more. After waiting for an exceedingly reasonable amount of time considering there were only 2 other tables (maybe another had been seated during this time) and SOMEONE finally coming into or section (NOT our actual waitress who took our order because she had been MIA since delivering our drinks) we inquired about our orders. The waitress asked who our server was (pretty sure there was only 1 other waitress working besides her, wouldn't think it was that hard to figure out if it wasn't herself) the waitress who took the order came by to check on us and said our food should be coming up shortly. Once the food finally arrived, delivered by our waitress and seemingly the manger, our orders were placed on the table and we were asked if we needed anything else..... To which my wife and I both looked at each other then let them know silverware would be a good start. The manager had an unfunny quip about going "caveman" and eating with our hands. As for the food itself, the hash browns for both orders were barely room temp and pretty flavorless. My wife's omelet was only slightly warmer. My chimichanga was seemingly right out of the fryer. While it was "ok" as far as taste, it wasn't anything to rave about and generally pretty bland. The cheese on top was noted as being "melted cheddar", but seemed to be more a combination of that along with "cheese sauce" that you might get with chips for dipping. Food was definitely overpriced for what it was. We've been to numerous other places for brunch in the area that are slightly less money for much better food and excellent service. Overall, I'll again state that it was hugely disappointing and end there.

We went here as a group of 7 for a birthday. The staff got us a table quickly and seated us away from the main area. They are distancing people for Covid, and wearing masks. I ordered a chicken sandwich, which was fantastic. Everyone else also loved their food, and it was very reasonably priced. Our waiter was very attentive as well, and was quick to get us anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place.

Freshly remodeled which was much needed. Cannelloni was fabulous, as was the fried mozzarella app. Lots of other choices we're eager to try. Service was great, our waitress was Sam...ask for her.

Tried out this place (prime & crown formerly the radish) for brunch. I know they've only been open a short time but going by our first impression, we won't be back. Got there a little after 11am, seated right away. About 5 minutes later server came by & we ordered drinks & food. Got drinks within a few minutes, food took over 30 minutes! At the 35 minute mark we asked another server to check on our food (as ours had not checked on us) she sent our server over who said she was still waiting for the order to come up. It was another 5 b4 the food came out. Nothing we ordered should have taken that long. Eggs, pancakes and burrito & hash browns. When we got the food it was luke warm. The cheese on the eggs was like plastic so it had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. Not worth the price we paid for sure. We will stick to eggs & jam!

Oh my, oh my, oh my!!! This unassuming little spot was the find of the year. We were in the area last night and looking for a place to have dinner. We drove past and my partner said someone had mentioned The Radish was a good spot. (That was an understatement!) The decor is charming, warm, and inviting. The staff was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. For dinner we decided to share an appetizer along with an entree. The crab cakes were phenomenal!!!! I'm relieved they served us an even number. We would have been arm wrestling over an odd one left! For our main dish we shared a deliciously tangy chicken/spinach pasta in a creamy lemon sauce. Yum!!! I would be remiss if I didn't mention the great veggies and the dinner rolls. The squash medley was perfect with the bits of asparagus and all was done al dente. The rolls were served with a yummy cinnamon butter. We will be telling everyone about The Radish!!!

My spouse and I went there for lunch after this place was recommended to us. It was not a good experience. First of all, I don't know that I have ever waited that long to get food, and we didn't order anything exotic. Second, both of our meals were mediocre, at best. The employees were nice, but other than that, it was a bust, and it's pricey.

Went around 1ish. One server was there. Food was good but the service was not. She was busy and I was surprised the manager or someone wasn't helping her out. Never received my sauce for chicken strips and never saw her again after we received our food to ask for sauce. My husband really liked his chicken fried steak. Will be awhile before we go back
