The woman who helped us was very slow and took almost 25 minutes to make 3 sandwiches because she wouldn't stop talking. She cooked my cookie with guac on it. And you can't tell me she didn't she didn't see that ish when it was raw and the guac is BRIGHT green

I placed an order online at 4:20 today. The app said it would be ready at 4:35. When I arrived a few minutes after 4:35, my order hadn’t even been started. The employee said they said they had been busy I said no worries. A customer came in behind me and the employee stopped making my order to make the customers order even though I had placed mine a good 20 minutes before this customer. I was patient he finished the gentleman’s order and started back on making mine we are now 35 minutes after placing my order and 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done. 45 minutes after placing my order a group of people came in and the employee again stops making my order to start on theirs. I spoke up and had to demand that he finished mine since I had been waiting. He starts to tell me that it’s been busy which is why my order isn’t done, I told him that if I had come in and just ordered at the counter it would have been finished over 30 minutes. Thankfully he stopped arguing with me and finished my order. The absolute worst service I’ve ever received from a subway. I do not recommend the Grundy Center Subway.

The lady making my sandwich had a disgusting two piece shirt on. Every time she leaned over to grab something for my sandwich, her exposed, fat, stretch-marked skin nearly touched my food. Get a damn dress code so I don’t have to risk eating a sandwich that gets seasoned with someone’s gut.
