Today I went to subway in Grundy Center; Stephanie was working- she did an amazing job! She was training a guy while making sandwiches and she was so patient and kind! The sandwiches were awesome and her customer service was great!!!
Great friendly service. Gal working was their alone and got a predinner rush. She managed it well even tho you could tell she was overwhelmed. I was at end of rush and she apologized for the wait. Stated she had a hour to go till more help arrived I told her she rocked and could manage it as I once was in her shoes behind the counter. Most don't understand fast n friendly service can also be paced n friendly. Things weren't as fast as I wanted but her friendliness made...
