We had dinner last night at Cabbage Rose. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. We both felt it was the best prime rib we have ever eaten. Everything else was excellent too!

With what it is called the "new normal", Dave & Marlene really stepped up. So delicious. Ham balls, cheesy potatoes, corn, pasta salad, Cole slaw, French Silk pie, Peanut Butter pie & Cherry Cobbler. mmmmm mmmm good. Please call them for your to-go order today.

My husband and I went for a road trip today to see a part of Iowa we had not seen before. We asked a family on the street where a good place to eat was, and it being a Sunday, they suggested the Cabbage Rose. Immediately we fell in love with the hometown restaurant. They have 5 or 6 different main dishes, a potato choice, a vegetable of the day, a salad bar that has lots of choices, hot rolls and beverages all for a very reasonable price.
