Nice Casey’s here on the North Side of Hampton, Iowa. When I came, the store was very clean and warmers stocked to the brim with hot food. I got Popcorn Chicken with some BBQ sauce out of the warmer, a 32oz fountain drink (which as of writing this review is 99 cents.), and a Casey’s branded Glazed Honey Bun. The staff here are very nice and friendly. The store’s tile floor was surprisingly in very good condition. There is still a CRT TV when you walk in in the hot food area. I would recommend this store, along with the Awesome Git-N-Go here in Hampton,IA. I hope this store continues to keep up the good work.-Shy_Gun670

I stop here very little but every time I do there seems to be some issue with their pumps or card readers. Not even bothering stopping again. Very unreliable service not to mention prices are higher than Kwik Star for most everything. Stop some where else for real convenience.

Hello I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now. Every time I walk into this Casey’s store in Hampton Iowa it smells like sewer water. Food is never cooked thoroughly. Staff is not welcoming.

Just go to godfathers pizza if you want you pizza on time specially if you want it delivered I ordered it on online at 4:45 told me it would be delivered at 6:05.....called at 6:15....told me hes making it right now which I had 3 pizza's and it will be another 20mins

Everytime ive gone here I usually but food or have pizza delivered and I dont know why I keep going back considering ive been served rotten cheese sticks rotten popcorn chicken and burnt to a charcoal black pizza the staff hate when I complain about the rotten or burnt food but its just not good for business to let food out of the kitchen like that! I am just at the point of never eating at this Casey's or ever returning to this store again because of this issue that has happened one too many times so take my warning when I say maje sure your food isnt spoiled abd/or burnt!

October 18 I called to order a pizza at 5:09 pm. I was told it would be one hour for the pizza. I told them I figured it would be an hour that is why I was calling so I could pick it up around 6ish. He took my order when I was done taking to him he said well give me a little bit longer then an hour. I got done with my errands and got there at 5:55 pm. Knowing I will probably have to wait about 15 min. I went inside to at least pay for my order. Once I paid I was told it would be a longer wait that I am looking at an other 30 to 60 mins. I was shocked. They told me that I was told it would be longer then an hour at the end of the call. I said yes I expected maybe 5-10 min longer not no 90-120 min wait. They havant even started to make my order at that point. I told them to forget it I want my money back. I went home and got my family and we went to Godfathers in town and had our order, ate and was out of the restaurant all by 7pm which was the time I would have gotten my pizza from Caseys. Oh and Godfathers was busy as well and still got the food out in a timely manner. We will never go back there again cause this was the 2nd time Caseys pulled this on us. We got the same excuse both time that there are only two of them working and the phone keeps ringing and they can't make the pizza, answer the phone and deliver the pizza all at the same time.
