This was thee absolutely worse experience I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered my food and it cost almost 20 bucks for one person. It also took 45 minutes to get 5 chicken strips and they forgot to give me my fries. To add insult to injury my shake that my kid received wasn’t even blended and was a soupy mess. They couldn’t even give me a refund as the staff wasn’t “qualified” to give me one. This was terrible and wouldn’t recommend ever going to this location.

How can you stay open when you are charging people $28.00 for 2 basic combo meals? To add insult to injury, you take my money and then give me cold curly fries and 2 nasty cheeseburgers soaked with a whole bottle of ketchup and covered with slimy pieces of lettuce....Tired of being disappointed every time I stop!! Hardees used to be a great fast food restaurant... The Hardees in Hampton, Iowa needs a visit from Gordon Ramsay!!

First I stood at the counter and the woman had to be told that I was there:( you shouldn’t be allowed to have your phone on you while at work!Secondly it took well over 15 for our meal to get to us.Thirdly I had to request silverware. I can’t have a bun.Fourth the restaurant was cold, turn up your thermostat!The only thing good about this visit was the food.Two stars.We drive a distance to get here.

Stoped to eat at Hardee's, haven't been there for a few years. The food was below average, the service was good though. Don't understand why the dining room was closed at 8:00 p.m. when it said it was open till 10:00 p.m. Perhaps management should post correct hours on their signage and website.It was definitely not worth the price I was charged. Probably will not ever go there again.
