The female worker (tall, light skin) was rude. I have worked at subway before and the customer in front of me ordered a footlong Flatbread. Instead of making it the way she should she made it the opposite direction and when the customer tried to clarify it was meant to be a footlong she said it was then asked in a condensendimg tone "I can make it a 6 inch if you want". This is 1 of many instances that I have witness her being rude and cruel to customers. She does not put the correct amount of meat and cheese on the sandwich, the series sandwiches are mostly extra cheese and a specific amount of meat, however, she puts on as much as she feels.
Idk why they still have business with the way she treats people. She yells at the guy she works with and gets enraged when she is questioned. She mentioned it was her boyfriend but I don't understand why she treats anyone the way she does, especially her boyfriend. There was a kid there, I don't know who but she was also mean to him. People waiting in line for over 20 minutes, and I know it really doesn't take that long to make a sandwich. I will drive to Iowa falls to get my subway fix before i go in there when she's working.

Even though signs say they close at 10 it means that they lock the doors at 9:27 and only let in our significant others then hide in the back of the store until we leave.
We stopped in Hampton to grab a sandwich tonight, our dogs were in the truck looking left out and Kyle gave us some chicken to feed the dogs!❤️. Kyle was friendly and outgoing and our sandwiches were amazing! Thanks Kyle for the great service! We will definitely be back!
It’s good sometimes workers are horrible but some sandwich’s are good flatbread would not recommend it has a new thing its super thin and they had moldy tomatoes the other day

They need to do better. Period! Maybe it was an off day? I don't know, but I definitely will go elsewhere. All the veggies were soggy and not fresh. The tuna was at the very bottom of the container and yielded one scoop to spread over the bun. It tasted aweful.

They are dirty horrible customer service worst iv had a girl makes my Sandwich an the gentleman behind me after telling her 2x not to toast it she still does an leaves them there walks away doin other stuff instead of finishing our food when I asked for it to be remade she looks at me there where flys all over my food, an when I said it’s teamwork u should be helping your partner told me I know where the door is this younger generation has a very poor work eithic.. I will be calling corporate!!!

Mobile order . Ordered 4 sandwiches 2 of them were extra meat (charged for but didn’t get it) ordered a sandwich with onion and the entire thing was filled with onion ! Tried to call and they would not answer the phone !!

Was in the store around 12.30 12/4/21....over heard a male sandwich artist say to a customer to hurry up as he had a lot of things he had to do. I worked for Subway for 9 years and never spoke to a customer in that manner.
