Kasey was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and had a great attitude the whole time. He made my sandwich exactly how I asked and didn’t rush me at all. The place was clean, service was fast, and he really made the experience better. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Subway. Give him a raise! 🙌
Disappointed that you can't get meat ball sub it was an hour before close however I can't imagine they are hard to prep. Condiments where on back counter, again had an hour before close . Warm mayo is not good but that's just my opinion. However The two gentlemen working where polite . The lettuce was turning brown not something you really want to put on your sandwich let alone a customers .
We stopped in Hampton to grab a sandwich tonight, our dogs were in the truck looking left out and Kyle gave us some chicken to feed the dogs!❤️. Kyle was friendly and outgoing and our sandwiches were amazing! Thanks Kyle for the great service! We will definitely be back!
