Had the Corned Beef Philly sandwich and sweet potato fries and it was very good., The service was very good as well. Willie's is a place I would return to.

Stopped in on our way to the Surf Ballroom for a concert and was not disappointed. Friendly service, good food at great prices. Will be back.

We had a bigger table- like 6 adults & 1 toddler, our food came out together and our drinks were well taken care of. Thanks guys!

We hosted a surprise birthday party for my father-in-law at Willie's this past Saturday from noon to 4pm. They were great to work with setting everything up and service at the party was top notch! We had 60+ people at the party and Willie, Flo and one other staff member gave everyone hot and fast food and drinks were always topped off. They did amazing and we had so much fun!

Great breaded tenderloin. Whenever visitors come from far away they all want to go get a tenderloin at Willie's.
Nancy and Willy own it and care. You can tell.

The tea was so bad, you couldn't drink it. Was it the water it was prepared in or a low-end tea? The onion rings were frozen. Be a big company and prepare real onion rings. The brisket was decent. The French fries were decent.

Most Midwest dining is pretty terrible from my experience. Willie’s is no exception. The food is never cooked well, it’s under seasoned and has a nice freezer to microwave taste. The servers are fantastic as long as you look like a regular or are there to drink (which, unlike most in this town I actually don’t have a drinking problem). The low carb option is a pathetic piece of rubber chicken breast that tastes like it’s been boiled and refrigerated and microwaved. It even comes with a rubber like consistency and warm cottage cheese. Good news though, it’s probably the best place in town!

Dietary restrictions: You’re better off eating at home if you have any dietary restrictions, it is like that for most restaurants though honestly.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a bar, don’t bring your kids…

My party of 4 and I dined here on Saturday, February 11. There were 6-7 people in the place. Not busy at all….The cheeseballs were burnt and hard - I didn't know you could mess up cheeseballs. Yet, here we are.I ordered a bacon cheeseburger - I took one bite of the cooked-to-leather burger. When these concerns were brought up to the server, she apologized and walked away. Clearly, the food was not good, ALL but 3 cheese balls were still in the boat and only 1 bite or the ‘burger’ had been eaten.$86 for 4 people to eat in a bar, in Hampton, Iowa - unreal!Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice? NEVER.
