I ordered a cup of coffee and the young man said it was on the house. I asked why. He said because I felt like it! Wow. How nice was that? Of course I told all the people I was with and they were also amazed and a little jealous.
Had the best service I've ever experienced at this burger king-- they brought it out to the table, it was fresh and hot and they thanked us several times for visiting. Dining area was clean and pleasant, would recommend this breakfast stop.
I was a visitor from out of town in Harlan for a funeral for a local man. I was in need of stall cold drink and ordered a tall coke. When I went to pay, the drive thru employee said have a nice day and handed me my coke, but I asked him what I owed him, he said nothing, and to have a nice day. I told him thank you and that I was in town for a funeral, and he said he was sorry, and to have a nice day. Truly thoughtful ? BK!!!
