Went to have dinner with the family and had a bad experience we had our grandson with us (8 months) pukes and I went to get napkins and was told I they would get them out to me when the food comes out so we had to go out to our car to get napkins and then we ordered our drinks and there machine was down so they only has a few options of drinks and all in bottles and half in diet drinks nothing really for what we want but chose something then we ordered our food and while we was waiting came to us and said we are out of large does, no tomatoes, no lettuce, no mushrooms...... so half of everything basically then we settled for medium pizza that nothing was cooked fully and the supreme pizza could not be eaten so took it back to the counter so they took it off and took $10 off our order but there was no respect the lady that served us couldn't keep her shirt down her belly was always showing and she wouldn't talk to the ladies just the men like she was flirting so made the situation worse then it was all and all very bad experience there was not much for a compromise rant over

The food is average, not the usual PH quality. Took forever to get the pizza. Server was nice but inexperienced. The other server just stood around while our server tried to take care of all the customers. I consider this a management issue not a server issue.

Check order before you leave. Always screw up order. Replacement is noted with phone number. Don't note anything. Taco pizza....no toppings. Just cheese and bean paste. Got told toppings are free we can take 5 dollars of Replacement pizza. Order on February 26 and call on April 4th to get Replacement and 2 more large pizzas and won't honor Replacement pizza. Don't believe what they tell you. If they screw up go right back to get it corrected.

We had stopped going to Pizza Hut for many years, but the remolding and new owners it’s been amazing. Orders are always spot on, very friendly and great service! Try it again if it’s been awhile!
Horrible. Tried to order chicken wings for delivery. I asked if the wings were breaded. The person taking the order didn't know, but he said they could put extra cheese on them. I had to hang up, I was laughing so hard.

Normally I really like Pizza Hut however I was very disappointed when I was there this week. I ordered a pizza with multiple toppings and was served a pizza with only pepperoni. They even came back 3 times to triple check my order and they still didn’t make it right. I did not have enough time before going back to work to wait for them to make another one. It was not type of crust I had asked for either. And was never offered a refill on my drink. It was not busy so there was not an excuse to not have good service.
