I ordered online requesting 2pm to pick up our pizzas several hrs earlier and they were not ready at 2pm and I was supposed to get a free cookie if my order was more than $20 no where does it say I need to put that on my order I spent over $50 and didn't get a cookie my husband spoke to management and she told my husband i didn't order it so I don't get it I will not be back too many other places to get food especially pizza who care about customer service

there is always a good selection of Pizza and the chicken mashed potatoes and other selections are always kept supplied. They do a great job at this Pizza Ranch and are good t keeping the handicap kids employed and treat them well

Everyone here is always friendly, the food is fresh and they are more than happy to make your favorite pizza if its not on the buffet line. The owner is amazing and genuinely cares about the customers, getting to know them and treating them like real people, not just a customer.
