Absolutely delectable sandwiches, my wife and I couldn't stop raving about them after trying them for lunch today, the staff was wonderfully expedient and polite to my substitutions, most definitely will be coming back, to heck with subway! ?
I think, no, I'm sure the sandwich I had at Sandwich Bowl is the best I've ever had. It was my first time there after passing this place up a few times. I opted for the Italian as they were out of soup (if the soup is half as good as the sammies, I can see why). This sandwich, though...this sandwich was stacked with fantastic meats, veggies, cheese, Italian dressing and a savory bread. To compare this sandwich to a chain shop's equivalent would be doing a disservice...
Our downfall was that we were in a hurry and didn't realize it would take 25 minutes to get a sandwich. When we entered, there were 4 customers eating inside, 5 tables covered in un-tended dishes, and one table clean and available. They needed another employee to bus the tables.
