Absolutely horrible food. Party of 4 adults and several kids. food was burned and cold, the tenderloin was about 1/16 of an inch thick. I literally laid my bun which was completely black on the table next to me and watched the waitress staff walk by and look right at it but said nothing. Everything is obviously fried in the same stale oil that is plainly past due for changing. Had ice tea and water, even that was terrible. Took over an hour to get served. How disappointing. Service Was Terrible On Saturday Night. We Were Told We Could Order Any 2 Sides~ BUT Then Wanted To Charge Us $1.00 Extra For Each Charge. Then When We Received The Meals, The Sides Were Wrong. And The Waitress Wasn't Friendly. At Least Act Like You Enjoy Your Job. Years Ago Crazy Bob's Was A FUN PLACE And Had GOOD FOOD.
Ordered a 10 oz sirloin steak medium rare cooked hard as rock on the outside can't even cut it with the serrated knife and the middle is so rare it's considered blue which means not hardly even seen heat. It's like hitting a steak with a blowtorch and throwing it on the plate. What a disgrace never again I'll eat McDonald's before I ever go back.
