Lauri has made cakes for me on several occasions. The first was a nonprofit volunteer appreciation event. I gave her a picture of the fresh flowers we were displaying and she was spot on in matching the cake to the night's theme, and it was both beautiful and delicious.This year, I gave her a super challenge to create cakes with a Tardis from Dr. Who for each of my children graduating -- one from high school and one from college.
