Slow, spicy chicken is just sauce on top and put into one spot which was all over the tomato I said no to put on there. Fries were cold, breads ticks were hard/cold even the queso wasn't even queso just a cup of cheese. Cheese curds instantly upset our stomach. Wow ive been to bad place but this meal we got yesterday was horrible and one of the worst ive ever had. And that actually says a lot.

This location use to be so great. Terrible service. Person who took our order tonight was rude. The Customer service is atrocious. I've had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to take our order from drive thru when there was only one car at the second window. I watched them wait even longer. The food is always wrong, or just plain awful. This place is absolutely the worst dairy queen location. Ive given this place multiple chances but now I am done. Get this figured out. I havent seen many cars there recently when It used to be busy. That is very telling. The difference between day staff and night staff is night and day. There needs to be changes with the night crew. Ive had nothing but issues.

I pulled up to the drive through window around 11:45 to order my lunch, sat there for 8 minutes without anyone coming over the intercom. While I sat there I could hear at least 2 maybe 3 employees standing outside the back door gossiping. No one ever came over the intercom and I left. One of the menus boards on the drive through sign was also broken laying on the ground.

There was someone in front of me for a while which fine they got food it is what it is but I ordered 2 blizzards and they still had me wait at the window while they were joking and playing around and I was literally staring at my order on the counter they tried to hand it to the people behind me then after the mistake set it back down joked around again and by the time I got them they were melted idk why their manager allows this my best guess is that they're owned by someone who just doesn't give a crap about profit cause I know I ain't going back

The staff was friendly and patient. The food and ice cream was good. But if you’re coming for the food be prepared to wait. It tastes good but they aren’t super fast with food like hamburgers.
