It's a breakfast and lunch diner. Closes early in afternoon. I did a cheese and steak sandwich. It was one of the best I have had.S andwiches were priced comparable to other local places. I thought fountain drinks were a little high but Coke products and I was ready for caffeine.

We went to Oscar's for RTB breakfast one Sunday morning. Friendly Kristi greeted us and seated us right away. Our favored comfy booth. Good, hot coffee arrived on time in the cozy, busy dining room. My breakfast joint test item is country fried steak and eggs, so we tested the Oscar's crew's skill. A generous portion of hot, fresh breakfast arrived. Pancakes can be had, but you won't need them! Oscar's serves their country fried steak and eggs on a bed of hash browns with the gravy on the side. This means that every bite of CFS is as crispy and fresh as the first one! Ingenious, No?! Service was brisk, our food was very good, and the staff is very pleasant. Sadly, Oscar passed away in 2025, but his family are doing a fine job keeping their customers full and happy. Price? Well, not cheap, but worth every nickel!
Oh! In the Men's head, the hot water arrives quickly for thorough hand washing.
We went back last Sunday. Oscar's was just as good as the first visit!

Was there with my husband who is always talking about Oscar's. I had the gyro with fries . One of the best I had in a very long time. They were all very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed without us asking. They were very busy yet we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Thank you for a wonderful experience and great food.

I took my 4 year old granddaughter here for breakfast, (at her request). She wanted pancakes & bacon,I had the French toast. The service her can’t be beat, the waitress here are very cheerful,& attentive as the can be considering they are quite busy. (Each time I’ve been there that’s been the case. The prices are pretty typical. Food is excellent. Cooked perfectly. One time I dared order an egg over easy,& that’s how it came!(no runny white!)

Everything about this restaurant is amazing. It starts with the warm greeting at the door and continues with the incredibly friendly staff and delicious food. We enjoyed tuna melt and tuna sandwhich and a cup of the beef barley soup. The soup was definitely the star of the meal. We finished the meal with a piece of apple pie with ice cream. It was like enjoying lunch with good friends and family. Don't pass this by if you are in the area.
