Quite most of the time until they start grinding coffee beans great food

I don't get food here, just coffee. Simple black coffee is always fresh, but this time I got the Mayan Chocolate coffee. It was amazing. A dark chocolate with a sprinkle of cinnamon coffee, I don't buy coffee often, but this one I will splurge on!!

The baristas were incredibly helpful in ensuring we found the right beans for our home espresso machine.

The Apple Strucel was great. But the coffee I choose first was Lukewarm....

These people know how to do coffee. My husband ordered a triple shot machiatto made the traditional way. The espresso was smooth and rich. I ordered a caffeine free berry citrus tea. It was divine and perfectly brewed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Sadly, this coffee shop does not offer gluten free food options.

My 7 year old likes to have Mom and me time at Roasters. I wish they had some gluten free dessert options, but he loves the smoothies.

The sandwiches are premade with no options. The crust on my quiche was underdone and soggy. My caramel macchiato was bitter and I couldn't taste any caramel.

I often stop for a latte when I’m in Hiawatha and consistently find the service to be lacking. Recently I waited for several minutes at the counter to place an order and someone walked in with their coffee mug and received immediate service in front of me. Neither employee behind the counter acknowledged my presence and one employee continued to wipe down a machine and the counter while I waited. A few moments later another customer walked in and they were greeted by name and the employee started taking their order. I told the employee that I had been waiting for some time ahead of the two customers she served ahead of me and walked out the door. Coffee shops are a dime a dozen, I’ll purchase my latte anywhere but Roasters.

Was only one at counter to place order. Regular customer walked in front of me and said wants water. Cashier said hi and got his water. Before I could order another regular walked in front asked for his regular coffee. Again I was ignored as cashier filled his order. That’s when said we are done here and left never to return.
