These people know how to do coffee. My husband ordered a triple shot machiatto made the traditional way. The espresso was smooth and rich. I ordered a caffeine free berry citrus tea. It was divine and perfectly brewed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Sadly, this coffee shop does not offer gluten free food options.

My 7 year old likes to have Mom and me time at Roasters. I wish they had some gluten free dessert options, but he loves the smoothies.

Such a treat having this coffee shop in the area. Love the latte's and other espresso drinks.

The sandwiches are premade with no options. The crust on my quiche was underdone and soggy. My caramel macchiato was bitter and I couldn't taste any caramel.

I often stop for a latte when I’m in Hiawatha and consistently find the service to be lacking. Recently I waited for several minutes at the counter to place an order and someone walked in with their coffee mug and received immediate service in front of me. Neither employee behind the counter acknowledged my presence and one employee continued to wipe down a machine and the counter while I waited. A few moments later another customer walked in and they were greeted by name and the employee started taking their order. I told the employee that I had been waiting for some time ahead of the two customers she served ahead of me and walked out the door. Coffee shops are a dime a dozen, I’ll purchase my latte anywhere but Roasters.

Was only one at counter to place order. Regular customer walked in front of me and said wants water. Cashier said hi and got his water. Before I could order another regular walked in front asked for his regular coffee. Again I was ignored as cashier filled his order. That’s when said we are done here and left never to return.

Stopped into today for the first time. Very sweet employee, latte was amazing, and the burrito bowl was delicious. I don't live very close, but would visit everyday if I could!

Food and drinks were wonderful. Took my 3 kids and they loved the breakfast sandwiches. The atmosphere was just delightful. This place became an immediate favorite of theirs.

Decent coffee & food. Store was clean and plenty of seating. Three young ladies behind the counter but service was not great. Too busy talking to each other to tend to the customer. I mentioned it was my first visit upon ordering. Waited and waited, mulling around the counter area, for the quiche I had ordered. No other customers in line or waiting. After waiting an extended amount of time I walked around the end of the counter to see a piece of quiche sitting in a clear plastic container at the end of the counter. I interrupted the ongoing personal conversation of the two remaining “barristas” to ask if it might be mine. They nodded and I sighed. I’m not sure how long it had been sitting there and they could clearly see me waiting but didn’t bother to tell me. They were unapologetic when I said thanks for letting me know. Sigh.
