On May 12, I ordered a blender(large) and a medium drink. The blender was only half full, with the cream on top..My medium drink was a carmalicious, and they used the wrong milk and it caused me to get sick. I only drank half of it and threw it out. I reached out to the manager(who is very unprofessional) and she basically accused me of lying about my order being wrong since she has known the baristas for 2 years, and swears they wouldn't miss up a order.. okay but they did.. so I'm made out to be a liar? Horrible customer service... I will never come back to this location. If you want a good drink with better customer service, go to the marion location!!

Stop in about once a week to treat my grandson on his way to his doctor's appointment. He is 5 and loves it. In the winter they had a Candyland theme. He calls Scooter's Candyland now.

Thank you for keeping the standard half and half on hand for my coffee!! All other scooters seem to have switched to the shelf stable half and half that gets chunky in the coffee and tastes weird. I am so thankful to live so close to a place where i can rely on a consistent and delicious cup of coffee!! Helps me get a great start to each day!
Highly disappointed with my visit today. Mother's Day. Told them I had the BOGO Mother's Day special on my phone. Ordered two Turtle Lattes with this special as well as some other things. Asked them to scan the QR Code for the special. I was told " Oh. It's too late now". I hadn't even paid yet. I go to Scooters often & know that was not true. I will not be returning to this Scooters. There are many others around. "Happy Mother's Day". NOT.
