Thank you for keeping the standard half and half on hand for my coffee!! All other scooters seem to have switched to the shelf stable half and half that gets chunky in the coffee and tastes weird. I am so thankful to live so close to a place where i can rely on a consistent and delicious cup of coffee!! Helps me get a great start to each day!

Highly disappointed with my visit today. Mother's Day. Told them I had the BOGO Mother's Day special on my phone. Ordered two Turtle Lattes with this special as well as some other things. Asked them to scan the QR Code for the special. I was told " Oh. It's too late now". I hadn't even paid yet. I go to Scooters often & know that was not true. I will not be returning to this Scooters. There are many others around. "Happy Mother's Day". NOT.

By far the best Scooters in the area!! The drinks are always made great, and have a very friendly staff with good customer service skills. The management clearly takes care in hiring and training their staff in skill and customer service…something lacking at many businesses. They take quick action when needed for both customer and or an employee. Good job to all! Keep it up!!
