The cashier that took my order and payment had on clothes that were very dirty with food spill all over his pants. I ordered 3 hard shell tacos with sour cream, potato ole’s and a side of cheese sauce. The potato oles were and honestly are ALWAYS too salty. The cheese sauce had a lot of dark spots in it that I couldn’t recognize so I didn’t eat it. I usually have a nice experience but not today. Also, it’s not a good look for a food business when the workers clothes and hygiene isn’t appealing.

Just ordered a six pack and a pound. $20. The potato Oles were on the edge of burnt and dripping with grease. All 6 tacos were cold and tasted like it was yesterday’s left overs. We have purchased food from this store many times in the past but after today’s experience we will not return.

I had a huge order from the Hiawatha location. The guy who helped me was AWESOME very nice knowledgeable. The food is great. He needs to be recognized. Don’t know his name. It was at 730ish on Saturday night

Messed up and only gave us half of what we ordered thankfully we checked before getting home. When we went back in they didn’t apologize and made it feel like we were putting them out.

Worst salads we've ever had from tj's. The crunch bowl only had a 1/4 salad in it.
It was not freash and We also wanted Taco sauce and they didn't put it in the bag.
Wouldn't want to go back.

$49+ online order! Incompetent to read the order correctly. He said to my face at pick up your sauces (10) our in your bag. Lied and no sauces in my bags. Called store Kyle told me sauces were free so no refund or any kind of reimbursement. Thanks for dry tacos.

20 minutes for fast food... I might as well go to a sit-down restaurant. Same price and they actually bring it out to you. I don't have to stand in a line and then have my food all mixed up with other peoples. Gave my food to somebody else then realized it came back after the other guest had handled the food then gave it to me. Gross. I don't know what they did to it. I don't even think that's sanitary is it?

Quite often I get the wrong order handed to me at the drive thru. But still love the tacos, no matter what I'm surprised with.
TexMex at its best. Try the oles with no seasoning.

Sitting in the drive-through at 7:15 when everything says they open at 7 o’clock. No one responds. Pull up to the window and see the man, he looks at me and doesn’t give me the time of day. So I call and he says we open at 7:30 and I said everything says 7 o’clock and he said yeah I know And hangs up. Way to go taco John’s. Hire the stupidest possible people you can get your hands on that could care less about customer service. This was on January 26 2025 at 7:15 AM.
Too many times the order cannot match the receipt, continuously missing items I’ve paid for
Best Taco Johns in CR
THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARE SO PRIDEFUL AND GREAT WITH THE
GUESTS AND KIDS
FOOD ALWAYS ON POINT

Fast service. Good food. But if you go thru the motion of customizing when online ordering... It would be cooler if i got what i ordered exactly.
Ordered a breakfast burrito but it came out the size of a small taco, ingredients were incorrect. Asked for extra eggs, seemed like I got half of the regular amount. Very cold. Oles had no seasoning. Didn’t speak to the employees because they seemed like customers were inconveniencing them.
