Great staff I love Taco John's my only question though here is the container for the super potato Ole is much much smaller and it looks like the portion is much much smaller If this is the new portions for the super potato Ole I'm done I love Taco John's I've love them for nearly 20 years but seriously if this is what I'm getting for the price that I'm paying I'm just done there's a new Mexican place in your old location near lindale Mall that has much larger portions and I'll start going there
Edit they forgot my fork and the tea tastes like crap Maybe it's just this location I'll try a different location before I totally cut Taco John's from my life sad to see a 20 year business relationship end in such a way but that new Mexican place in your old location by lindale Mall is way bigger portions

I ordered a boss burrito with chicken and oles. I also got the kids the 6pk and a pound of oles. I was really disappointed because the oles tasted like old oil, and the boss burrito had old dry rice in it with hard pieces. And only 2 pieces of grilled chicken. The wrapping job was awful too, it fell out everywhere when I went to pick it up and eat it. The tacos weren't very good either. Hardly any meat and brown lettuce. Really stinks because it's so expensive, and we were in a hurry
Two times in a row this location has managed to screw up a ONE item order. This time they forgot to put chicken in the boss bowl. One. Item. Order. How can you be this bad? Chic Fil A has never messed up my order. Jimmy John’s has never messed up my order. But Taco John’s can’t get a one item order correct. Twice in a row.

Very rude drive through order takers, said their headsets don’t work well and I had to repeat the order 3 different times and when I became exasperated a lady yelled on the speaker at me. First and last time ever going to that place.
Have been going here for awhile and had no problems till recently. When ordering a Beef taco salad I normally don't get enough for my liking so I ask for extra. The last few times I have gone I have gotten hardly any lettuce (if at all and all meat. Please educate your staff to know extra doesn't mean take away from the other items in it. I'm paying for it I should get what I pay for. And was rudely told they were out of the new lemonade.
Will be avoiding this location sadly even though it's close to my work.

I saw they closed at 10, and I went to try to get a grilled burrito. They said they closed down the grill for the night. It wasn’t even 8 yet. I understand having to clean it, but closing it down 2 hours early can be a big inconvenience for those of us who have other things going on. I usually don’t have issues with this location, but this was really irritating

Winner, winner, taco dinner! We had out of the world ? fantastic service today! The food is great as always. We have noticed the drive-thru is always busy. It’s a good indicator of a good busy doing the right things. Keep up the good work Taco John’s!!!

I ate here Sunday Eve. 4/7/24 I have been sick everysense I got burritos and They were cold I ate inside so I took them back she said keep them and she made me more I reheated. 1st burritos at homeI think. It's food poisoning I will not be going back hereEver!!!

Stopped for a quick dine in meal at 7pm and was so disappointed. The beef in our taco's was cold, like refrigerator temps cold. There were no napkins available, asked for some from the staff and they never brought them. The potato ole's were very good however.
