Eh. Ok in a pinch, gas station is nice and clean but the Arby’s lobby is consistently dirty. Cashier was unenthusiastic at best.

The lady helping us out was very short with us while ordering. She rushed us through our order and didn't smile. She was obviously upset that she had to serve us. She was so intimidating, I didn't feel like I could order what I actually wanted. I also ordered ranch with my fries and didn't receive it. Not a great experience.

A needed stop after a long drive. Bathrooms were big and clean. Lots of parking, but there was construction going on so it was hectic. Very convenient place to stop.

Rude staff! There was hardly anyone in the store but it took a very long time to make 2 milkshakes. After several minutes the guy at the cashier asked us to move to the side of the store cause it looked like we were not being served. He was not nice about it. I looked around and there was no one else in the store. Then he started complaining about us to others …. No thank you- we will not be back

A young person taking orders likes to put the cups down on the rim on top of the counter. I don’t know when the counter was last wiped but there were people there before me leaning on it. Not sanitary. And when I asked him to not do that he gave me an agressive attitude. One sandwich wasn’t fresh. The bread seemed toasted.

The food was good, or up to expectations! Service was decent! The place was disgusting the tables were all very dirty the floor was covered in food, I sat at the high top counter as it appeared somewhat clean. Both garbage cans were overflowing. While people just stood around...I was the only person for most of the time I was there.

Whenever I come through the drive through it takes ATLEAST 10-15 minutes to get my food. And for some reason the cheese on my roast beef and cheddar sandwiches were rock hard slices and not the usual liquid-ish cheese they put on? Kinda gross lol
