This doesn't get the best rating because even though the lady up front trying to help me was having a long hard day she apologized and tried to help me. The manager came up and just stood there. Whispered something in her hear and she left. He had a long uncovered goatee which is health code violation. He didn't even smile when he told me my food was there. Didn't even hand it to me. Very rude.

The place was filthy. Floors, tables, and counters could've been mopped or wiped down. The trash was full to overflowing. Napkins and plastic silverware were either empty or almost empty. There were literally no other customers there. They could've cleaned up a bit.
Food was good, but the cashier didn't ask if I wanted to upsize.

I stop here every time I'm in the area. I have regretted the stop the last 2 times at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Post Thanksgiving, the fries were so salty that they weren't edible. Around Christmas the dude taking my order seemed shocked to see a $20 bill(said that he was rich) then messed up my order. Called it a brain fart. Learn to listen to your clientele and don't be a douche.

Staff ignored me as I sat in the drive-thru. So I went inside. Like 10 people working but it still took way too long to get food out. Restaurant was filthy. Staff was more concerned with talking shit to each and chat about what time they will be off.

Eh. Ok in a pinch, gas station is nice and clean but the Arby’s lobby is consistently dirty. Cashier was unenthusiastic at best.

The lady helping us out was very short with us while ordering. She rushed us through our order and didn't smile. She was obviously upset that she had to serve us. She was so intimidating, I didn't feel like I could order what I actually wanted. I also ordered ranch with my fries and didn't receive it. Not a great experience.
