Whenever I come through the drive through it takes ATLEAST 10-15 minutes to get my food. And for some reason the cheese on my roast beef and cheddar sandwiches were rock hard slices and not the usual liquid-ish cheese they put on? Kinda gross

They close the lobby and force you to use the drive-thru. Won't let you place to go orders. Must use the drive thru even if you have to walk thru it. Nothing like standing between running cars to make you feel safe and positive!

Actually three minus stars. I was trying to place an order and was standing right at the counter. Three of the four working guys saw me and did not take the order. I even spoke with one - no serviceDo not stop go. 10 minutes farther in Cedar Falls you will find better service and good food.

The workers were very slow, not only that, but a guy in front ordered a lot of food, and the workers messed up his orders around 5 times. The fries tasted like very soggy cereal.
