I always liked Backdraft, the food was great. But I've had to start limiting what I ordered. the brisket started to become hit or miss. Sometimes it was flavorful and fell apart. Other times it was like chewing rubber or excessively fatty and tasted like it was leftovers reheated. Food is excellent, brisket sandwich was an inch thick. Service is perfect 👌
My husband was driving back to Harlan from a job site and grabbed pizza to go. We were told it was really good pizza, so we wanted to try it. It was really good! Great crust and ingredients!
