We had a reserved table for 15 people and when we got in there it was not busy at all. We had to ask for refills on drinks and our food didn’t come at the same time. The last two people didn’t even have their food yet, but they got their side with no meat. Everyone was done eating when the rest of their food came to the table in a to-go box 2 hours later. Nothing was taken off our bill. Not even the tip they put on. They even asked the manager and he did nothing. We have eaten there several time with no problem but will definitely not be back!!!

Overserved local was extremely loud. Kept banging into our table and being obnoxious to the point we moved as far away from her as possible and let staff know. After about ten more minutes of her BS we paid and left just like everyone else in the bar. Hope her patronage is worth emptying out a bar.

Food was cold, buns were almost a rock, waitress barely checked in with us, took forever to get food, not all of us even got our food had to take home 1 of our meals. There was 4 of us.One of us got our meal, 2 of the meals was cold we sent them back and the 4th meal didn't show till we were about to leave.

Place is absolutely fantastic in a truck driver who also lived in the Chicago land area for quite a while. Knowing that and having pizza from across the nation I highly recommend trying this little place I will most definitely be back and already started telling everyone I know about it

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed it, but unfortunately, our recent experiences were quite disappointing. We waited for 2.5 hours for our order, which was just wings, kids’ nuggets, a hot dog, and a chicken Philly. Meanwhile, two other tables that ordered after us received their food before we did. Eventually, we asked for our food to go because the wait was too long to keep sitting there.
When we got home, we discovered that the wings we received were someone else’s order, adding to the frustration. This was especially disappointing because a few weeks ago, we ordered wings and were served wings with feathers still attached.
We’ve always loved this place, but these recent experiences have left us feeling let down. We did receive a discount, so that was nice. The staff is kind, and we understand that busy nights happen, but after being loyal customers for years, we really hope these issues are addressed to bring the experience back to the level we know and love 💕

I always liked Backdraft, the food was great. But I've had to start limiting what I ordered. the brisket started to become hit or miss. Sometimes it was flavorful and fell apart. Other times it was like chewing rubber or excessively fatty and tasted like it was leftovers reheated. On a recent visit we ordered pizza and the crust wasn't cooked and very chewy and tough. the brisket on the pizza had a lot of fat chunks, and the brisket was very tough, and tasted old, we had to pick it off. the cream cheese was in massive chunks. It wasn't made like how they use to be made.
Try it for yourselves, like i said, it use to be great but it's now hit or miss.
