“Had an amazing experience at Hardee’s in Holstein, Iowa today. Although the food was good and the environment was clean, it was the staff’s work ethic and attitudes that shined the most!!! The staff member, Ethan, bought my lunch after I was having difficulty with my debit card. His act of kindness is an example of a leader…the world needs more Ethans!!!
