I came there to get me a double melt. But I’m glad that I just got the five dollar meal. The cashier knows better than to play with a dog and then serve people food. I cannot eat this meal. I want a full refund.

Employees rude and mean mugging my 9 month pregnant wife. Female who was on the fry station vaping while making the food. Didn’t wash there hands nor was any of them wearing gloves. Will be sending the video of your employees vaping and cross contamination to the local health department. Will contact General manager in the morning regarding there employees

The worst $25 meal we've EVER paid for 8/22/24. Horrible disorganized, dirty store over all, and the food came out cold, simple roast beef sandwich sucked!! Very disappointing, workers in the entire truck stop, Hardee's included were extremely rude, and had no clue what to do!! Js.... keep driving!!

Had an amazing experience at Hardee’s in Holstein, Iowa today. Although the food was good and the environment was clean, it was the staff’s work ethic and attitudes that shined the most!!! The staff member, Ethan, bought my lunch after I was having difficulty with my debit card. His act of kindness is an example of a leader…the world needs more Ethans!!! Thank you Ethan…your generosity didn’t go unnoticed!!! ❤️
