Old.... Sitting here currently eating Hardee's and the fry cook is eating fries over the fry station. New... Today 9/28/25.... I'm watching these guys make my order.... There is six orders up three people working and at least four different groups waiting in line to order. There is not enough organization, for employees. I'm contemplating refunding just to make it easier on these guys.... More employees needed here

Went to the drive thru to get food and waited in line for 30 minutes before anyone came to the speaker to take our order. Got to the window and took another 45 minutes to get our food. I almost ordered pizza and drove off before they got me my food. If you wanna waste your time waiting for food, I highly recommend doing that here. I highly recommend not going here. Don’t waste your time. Got home and tried eating the food and ended up throwing it all away. Everything came out cold. I told them they were lucky I was even paying for the food for waiting so long. I will never be coming here ever again. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever eaten

Ordered a double, got a single. Ordered a drink with no ice, got ice. Cashier didn’t speak a single word to me throughout the entire process. Said thank you and she stared at me blankly and walked away. They weren’t even busy, I was the only customer at the time.

Ordered through the drive through. My husband ordered a chicken bacon sandwich. We parked he opened and took a bite . No chicken. He took it back and the lady told him that she made it and there was chicken. He said no there wasn't. She took it and put chicken in it. It should of been replaced. I worked in the public for years not good pr. She was rude. She should of said sorry for the inconvenience and be polite and respectful. Won't stop again.

Bottom of the barrel value !!!!! If the sandwiches get any smaller they will be bite sized. 5.00 for a breakfast sandwich, never again .

On June 7, 2025 at 7:57pm I ordered large size combo chicken menu number 9. Once I received the order there was some slices, I asked the cashier man if that’s ham? He said yes this what you ordered and it’s your fault! I asked him to change but refused while I’m trying convince him to help me someone came from the back and asked me if I want him to give a replacement without ham? I told him, yes then he gave me another sandwich without ham. My poor evaluation because the cashier man response was not acceptable as a customer service. He yelled at me saying it’s on the menu!! It’s very clear on the menu: Hand-Breaded Chicken BLT. But I don’t for what stands the: BLT. Anyway a good customer service must nice with customers and expect mistakes and how to handle it, his job is to show respect. Anyway I advise Muslims to ask the cashier about the components of what they are ordering and even to avoid Hardee’s because there’s ham in their kitchen.

Not enough people on shift to handle orders, 3 of us walked out because of this standing in line for over 20 minutes no recognition and no service.

Worse fast food location ever visited been here multiple times and have never received the correct order also drive in takes 20-30 minutes everytime and I cannot do that on a lunch break or when I have family at home waiting so incorrect orders and waiting time is 100% bad

Ordered a 3 piece tender platter. Got 3 chicken nuggets. Thick slice of buttered bread, 1/2 order of small fries and a sorry we're out of coleslaw.
I don’t eat the pork and they put the food and I go back and they change me and they put back pork again and I trash food

As you can see it’s not busy at all. They have 4 workers and took 5 minutes almost to get someone to take my order and another 5 to make it. I have come here a few times in the past few years to get about the same results, always hoping it’ll get better. The prices are outrageous for a fast food joint.

Ordered 3 kids meals, 2 were ch burgers with nothing but pickles & 1 was supposed to be a hamb with everything 2 cheese bg had ketchup/mustard on them so kids won't eat!! Hamb had cheese on it & dairy intolerance so couldn't eat! & live 20 minutes out so not making trip back! It's really sad they couldn't get it right! Won't be back for sure
