I actually didn't stick around long enough to get food. I went today and stood in line hoping to get a breakfast sandwich. There was a woman behind the counter helping the employee put something in the system ... turned out she was the customer. The employee had zero idea how to do what she needed, and she apparently had worked in a Hardee's before and knew how to do what needed to be done. But after she did that, the employee still couldn't figure out what he was doing. The two actual employees working with him just stood there looking at him. No idea if any of them were managers. I finally got fed up when they couldn't figure out how to make change and just left. I put this on the managers - if your employees are so new or so poorly trained that they can't figure this out, you need to be standing next to them assisting.

We waited over 20 minutes for our food and there was no one else in line. The fries and burger were cold. I asked for no mayo on the burger. Then when they handed me the burger, I asked to make sure there was no mayo. Got on the road, opened the burger and there was mayo on it. No apologies from the staff for the long wait. Completely disappointed.

Nice place friendly staff but Jesus 13$ 1 chicken tender on a chix sandwich and 1/2 cooked cold fries! Do better hardees
