“I have had crappy service last few weeks of going thru drive thru I only wanted ketchup no cheese on my sandwich they keep putting cheese on it. I ordered crispy chicken sandwich at lunch time and it was so tough my 9 month old puppy had trouble even chewing bite size pieces and it tasted like it was cooked in burnt grease. Tonight I ordered chicken strips they were hard and tasted burnt like it did 2 weeks ago with crispy chicken sandwich. I'm done eating there I will either drive all the way to Fort Dodge or eat somewhere in Algona tired of wasting $14-$17 and not being able to eat it. I wouldn't even give them one star rating maybe a year ago but not within last 6 months.“

“Best ice cream Blizzards I have ever had from a DQ. Haven’t been to a DQ in years as they are generally lackluster in our area, but these were excellent and the staff was very kind. We went through the drive thru. We didn’t try their food, only dessert.“
