I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a frappe. The lady admitted that she had a hard time hearing me and didn't think to double check what I ordered before I paid for it. The drink tasted horrible and was a waste of money.

Saturday y’all shout out to the girls working at the coffee shop this saturday morning about 9- 915 am not only were they busy and they served everybody with a smile. There was some people that were a little less grateful for their service and I tell you what you girls killed it today and I cannot thank you enough for the special order for the boys at the new co-op.

When I walked into the welcoming café I was greeted by Barista Tracie and the manager; both with a smile. My drink was made with love and I too like those in the café, and those coming through drive-through, enjoyed my experience.

This was the second time I have stopped for coffee. The first time my mom and I went in after they moved to the new location and the coffee and food was good, but we waited almost 30 minutes to get it. I chalked it up to a new location and possibly new hires, and they were busy.
I stopped again yesterday on my way through, this time at the drive thru. I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream iced coffee straight off the menu with no modifications and waited at the window for about 15 minutes before I received it. There was one car parked out front and I was the only car in the drive thru. While the girl at the window did apologize for the wait, it was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an iced coffee.

Ordered by the drive-thru and paid with a credit card. Next day while checking my card usage and noticed the black-haired girl had added a 20% TIP charge to the bill without my knowledge.Not very good customer service and bad business practice.20% TIP for using the drive-thru, NO THANKS!
