Best ice cream Blizzards I have ever had from a DQ. Haven’t been to a DQ in years as they are generally lackluster in our area, but these were excellent and the staff was very kind. We went through the drive thru. We didn’t try their food, only dessert.

I had a trailer on my vehicle (knew I couldn’t make it through the drive through) with me and wanted to go inside to get takeout food and the lobby was closed due to short staffing. Hopefully they can get that resolved because I was really wanting to get some DQ for the drive home.

Called ahead to see how late they were open... it's 915. They close at 10. Dining room is closed..nbd but I'm a truck driver and they wouldn't let me get anything and pass it thru the window. What a crock

We it was a hot day so we thought we would stop and grab a treat. Fries were great but that was about it. They scraped the bottom of the container to add peanuts to my Sunday so it was all salt. My French fries had less salt on them. Pretty stingy with the whipped cream too a spot about the size of a quarter. Couldn’t find a clean table or bench to sit at and being only the second family in there that’s unacceptable. No wonder the drive through is always busy no good place to sit.

We were from Minnesota in town visiting. Went through drive up ordered 2 3 piece chicken tenders baskets. Gravy was cold,half full and the chicken tenders weren't over 5 inches long. French fries were cold and only about 12 to 14 of them NO MORE

Went three times all three times something was wrong. First time, screwed up a milkshake. Second time, got two cheeseburgers no pickles and a chicken tender box tossed in bbq sauce, the cheeseburgers had nothing on them and there were no sauce on or with the chicken. This last and final time I got a chicken tender box, normal. With ranch on the side, it was garlic Parmesan. Not ranch.

We were so excited for some chicken strip baskets and the best part is obviously the gravy. We went through the drive up around 7:30ish to pick up our order off the Dairy Queen app. We happily took our food to go back home 20+ minutes away only to find out we ended up with this gross, chunky, and obviously bottom of the pan gravy. Very disappointing. Especially since we paid for extra. If it was closer to closing I would have maybe understood more.

This Dairy Queen is extremely inconsistent and the most expensive one I’ve been to. What really did it in for me was when I called ahead to confirm what time they closed at 7PM on the 20th of December. They told me 10PM. Got there at 8:30PM to buy an ice cream cake for a birthday and they were closed.
Thanks for ruining a birthday and having me waste my time driving in from out of town.

Went through the drive-through asked for a simple order of onion rings and received a completely wrong order.

We waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. I ordered a number one with only mayo. I received a sandwich with everything on it. I sent it back and asked for only mayo. They proceeded to hand me back a sandwich where they just scraped off the topping leaving ketchup, lettuce, and some tomato seeds left on my sandwich. I did not receive the toast with my tenders box. This is the second time that I did not receive the toast. Overall, terrible service and food quality is not good either. Very disappointed. Also, was out of gravy and barbecue sauce.
