We waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. I ordered a number one with only mayo. I received a sandwich with everything on it. I sent it back and asked for only mayo. They proceeded to hand me back a sandwich where they just scraped off the topping leaving ketchup, lettuce, and some tomato seeds left on my sandwich. I did not receive the toast with my tenders box. This is the second time that I did not receive the toast. Overall, terrible service and food quality is not good either. Very disappointed. Also, was out of gravy and barbecue sauce.

Called ahead to verify they had cookie dough ice cream cake. And was told yes. Drove from algona to find out they did not have cookie dough ice cream cake.... Algona DQ was closed so I had no choice but to take something different...

Went Tuesday at noon. Service was fast but very unfriendly. Gave me my order to eat here, she did not leave the tray. Bacon ranch burger was sloppy, too much ranch. Onion rings were overcooked, no sauce provided. 12 dollors was too much for this meal. This is the second time I have eaten here and you think that I would learn! You need to be more selective when you pick your employees and hire a new cook. It's not like your too busy!!

This is probably the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. My family and I had gone to this Dairy Queen and ordered a big-ish order but it wasn't busy so there wasn't much need to rush. When we got out food, we were missing all of the sauce, 2-3 burgers, and a couple orders of cheese curds. The cheese curds that we did get were soggy and again, didnt come with any sauce. Not to mention the lady taking our order acted like she had no idea what she was doing. She kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak.

Went thru drive thru. This was the first time in a long time that I have gotten a decent meal at a DQ. I always get chix strip meal w/gravy. Normally it consists of cold everything-ff's, gravy and dried out cold chix strips. Today everything made fresh and hot! Thank you Humboldt DQ.
