This is the second time that i ordred no ranch and i got my wrap full in ranch dripping for 20 seconds straight dripping all over my hands this is hurrcaine miltion and i live in Iowa! I have ordred here 3 times and 2 out of 3 my ranch has been a hurrciane 1 star food i had mercy

The food was great. But the man working the cash register was even better. An older woman walked in by herself and and he asked if she had anyone joining her, to which she replied “nope just myself” and he told her “well I guess it’s a date” but his kindness didn’t stop there he actually took a break and sat down and talked with her while she ate. We couldn’t help but smile ourselves what a wonderful person he is. We hope to continue seeing him there!

Reason customer service !!! Food was good as I remembered haven't been there in awhile I realize it was early but greet your customer ....we are your bread and butter so to speak ...like good morning and have a great day !! One of the first customers and ordered very simple sack was sitting there and for some reason the inside got served first not sure what the procedure is .... But yes food was great ...maybe just review customer service thanks

Every gas station burger I’ve ever had was superior. I’ve had better meals from a vending machine at a fraction of the price. Will never make the mistake of going there again.

Becoming very disappointed with ever hardees I have been to lately. Ordered a Frisco burger it was cold and the bread was not even toasted, my medium curly fries was bsicly crumbs from the bottom of the bag. For being one of the most expensive fast food places I kind of expect better. Lately seems like a waste of money to eat out period.
