I was in tonight. Ordered 2 six inches and a foot long. Never once saw an employee wash their hands. My sandwich is an absolute mess. Nothing was folded into my sandwich correctly everything fell right on out of it. All the pickles were piled up in one spot. Employees weren't welcoming or nice. They tried to put only 3 slices of ham in one of my six inches when a six inch ham should have 6 pieces.

Worst employee they hire , we came to get an order and she looks so mad because we are so many people the day that she was taking care of was December 5 at 9:40 pm (maybe because came 20 minutes before they close that’s why maybe she was mad with us).

Went in to order my food and the manager Travis purposely made my food incorrectly. Even though I had corrected him multiple times and gotten a response from him about it, he chose to ignore me and not correct it. All I have to say is, I will be going to fort dodges subway from now on. Very disappointed. :/

If I could give no stars I would, my first time at this location and I will never go back agong.. I asked for my sandwichs to be toasted.. and there weren't.... bread still soft and meat cold cheese not melted and just wanted to look at me and say I watched them be toasted.. ive gone to many locations and this is the first time ive dealt with this.. I asked for my money back and left the food.. never going to step back in there.. also this was on online order.. so you might get good sandwiches walking in cause you see them make it right then..

I can't believe that the girl who served me tonight 9pm 4/6/25 served me horribly, I think she was angry about something, what's my fault?... I just wanted to eat, she ruined my appetite, she was rude when she asked what I wanted, and she looked at me ugly, I've been coming here to eat for years but today I definitely don't think she's a good server.

Went here after a basketball game. It was 40 minutes till they close. They were putting chairs on tables and had to pry the girl away from her cell phone to order. After getting their attention, they were very rude and bothered having to make a sandwich. Very dissapointing!

We ordered two 6” sandwiches, both included 2x cheese and both sandwiches had NO cheese. When I called I was told that the employee did put cheese on and then the excuse was it was probably ordered during a very busy time…really?
If it would let me give no stars I would. Will never go there again went there at 8:50 on a Friday night the girl who saw me come in continues to take trash out and other stuff ignored me for 5mins when she finally came up front didn't say hello didn't ask what she could get me was just b******* that I came in at that time and that she had stuff to do saying she was there till 12 the night before. Asked me who comes in at this time. I said I'm sorry I came in, she's says oh I wasn't talking about u, really cause I'm the only one here. And then had enough nerve to tell me I'm being rude. Needless to say I left without any food, will never go there again, very rude and there was over an hour before they closed.
