How does a restaurant suck so bad , people waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes im in side waiting for 2 chicken sandwiches for 20 minutes , place looked gross as hell , real hostile environment

My wife and 3 children went to this Burger King today to sit down and eat. When my wife walked in the door with 3 kids under the age of 5, the woman at the register asked her if she wanted chicken nuggets or a cheeseburger for the kids meals before she had the kids through the door. She assumed what my wife was going to order and was rude the whole time.

The burgers were made perfect and they tasted really good and the service was quick! The only thing I didn’t like was when I went up to the window the worker just opened up the window, handed me the food and Closed the window, didn’t say a word to me, she didn’t say have a good day or anything. I didn’t even know if we were done. I was just a little confused. I drove off thinking that was really rude.sheesh you guys make good burgers, but have terrible customer service

(Update follow up visit) This time around it felt better with lots positivity and I was not laughed at or made uncomfortable this time. So I'd have to say it was a much better improvement for my in-store experience and glad to see positive changes in our community. 🏳️⚧️❤️🍔

Food was ok 1person ordered a burger without pickles but they put the pickles on anyway. And both the chicken wraps ordered with honey mustard they drenched in honey mustard went over board with it. All I could taste was honey mustard so they need to put less on each wrap. The floors and alot of the tables needed cleaned up. Floors had food all over.
