As long as you order online, you dont wait forever in drive thru. Even blizzards and Sundays take 10 minutes. Usually dont order if line to drive thru is 5 or more vehicles

Apparently I ordered half blizzard half vanilla ice cream. They sure had the top half of the large mixed well but then halfway through it switched to plain vanilla, didn't even have the mixins that far down. For $8 maybe teach them to make a full blizzard or decrease the price

I always stop at this location when I'm traveling north. The staff is so kind and they make the best blizzards.

This place might as well close. Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets and ordered extra gravy. Did order thru the app and get there and get told no gravy. Then manager proceeded to say they couldn't even refund our money For the extra sides. This is the second time ordering and this has happened. Unacceptable to tell someone you can't do a refund because you ordered in the app.

I haven't had much for food at DQ in a while, and I can tell you this place has really fallen off hard. Went through the drive thru for a 6-piece chicken strip basket with a drink and an extra side of onion rings. When we got up to the window, the kids working had no idea what was going on and weren't sure what we ordered. They asked what we had, then gave us the chicken strip box. We said we also had a side of onion rings, and they told us they're in the box: they weren't. Get that fixed and drive off.
Then, we get to the food itself. It was nearly $20 for our small order. Each of the chicken strip were tiny, the fries were about 1/3 the amount of a normal order, and they forgot the toast that comes with it. They give you this decently-sized box for the chicken strip basket, and the food only filled up about 1/4 of it.
This is the most expensive fast food in town, and it is absolutely not worth it. I'd have been more satisfied stopping at a gas station for food and probably would have saved money.

Ordered onion rings, fries, and a dilly bar. They couldn't even manage that correctly. Got my order and was missing my fries. Had to be late for work cause of having to wait twice. And the fries were cold when I got them. Wish I could have just gotten a full refund for a waste of my time.

I haven't been here in ages. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean. I'll be back.
Love DQ, but service tonight at the Indepence DQ was horrible! Teenage boys too busy talking and taking a photo with my halfway made blizzard to bother with getting orders right. They had messed up our friend's order, marking down a drink instead of a burger using the 2 for $5. No big deal, but arguing ensued instead of just giving them the burger right away. They also had to go up and ask for the sunday from a basket meal and two blizzards were ordered at that time. The blizzards were slowly made and set on pick up counter and we had to ask AGAIN (a 3rd time!) for the sunday. And my blizzard wasn't even made right. I ordered an oreo fudge brownie blizzard. It was rung up as a med blizzard. And instead of putting the names of cookie dough and reeses pieces added to it, it was rung up as ×-apple twice. So then after the boys chatting and taking a photo on a phone, my order was made by the one who didnt take the order. He made an oreo, reeses pieces and cookie dough blizzard. No fudge, no brownie. But hey, we had the free entertainment of listening to a female singing happy birthday and backstreet boys and such and hearing all kinds of talking and yelling going on in the kitchen while we sat in the dining room eating.. It sounded like the teenagers were having a blast during their shift... Just wish orders could have been taken and made correctly and that we, as paying customers, didn't feel like just a distraction during these kids's good time... *But they did get the katchup only cheeseburgers correct!

Was one car in front of us. No one inside. Took 15 mins to get two burgers and an ice cream.
