Ordered a single medium chocolate chip frappe with extra chocolate chips. This is less than what I get without ordering extra chocolate chips. If you want extra stuff, dont go here. Waste of money

Ordered a medium iced coffee beverage, received a small, brought it up at the window, was told their sizes are different from other McDonald's. š Upon tasting the beverage there was none of the flavor syrup the drink comes with. Essentially iced milk.

The absolute worst restaurant on the planet. Placed online order arrived about 15 minutes later and food not done stood at the counter for 13 minutes and listened to the very rude employee talking trash about whoever ordered online not being there to pick up obviously she wasnāt paying attention or she wouldāve noticed I had been there. The food was cold and looked as if my child had made it large fry was las than a quarter full and ice cold. Was told they no longer offered pup cups even though I had been there and gotten one the day before. Walked there with my pups asked for a cup of water for them was told she wasnāt allowed to give away cups. Needless to say that will be our last visit to Independence McDonalds Iāll make the extra distance and at least get good service and fresh or food at BK! Shame on you McDonalds

99% of the time we are missing food. Lucky day when your fries are fresh and actually warm. Doesn't matter how busy they are or are not it's always the same. Too bad there aren't enough options in town for fast food. Truly the only reason this place is still in business

This morning we paid and got our drinks. We then sat outside in stall 2 for over 20 minutes. Once we saw everyone in the line and waiting leave, I called inside. They apologized and said they would bring the food right out. A person came out and said there is no evidence I ordered and they have no food for me. I then handed them my receipt and showed them the drinks they gave me. I am still here- no refund or food and no other customers.

Iāve had this happen too often at this location. Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. Instead of a fresh cracked egg, was served a frozen egg. Fed up with the start of my day being ruined and it never gets better. Also, listening to managers scream at employees while dining inside is unprofessional.
