99% of the time we are missing food. Lucky day when your fries are fresh and actually warm. Doesn't matter how busy they are or are not it's always the same. Too bad there aren't enough options in town for fast food. Truly the only reason this place is still in business

This morning we paid and got our drinks. We then sat outside in stall 2 for over 20 minutes. Once we saw everyone in the line and waiting leave, I called inside. They apologized and said they would bring the food right out. A person came out and said there is no evidence I ordered and they have no food for me. I then handed them my receipt and showed them the drinks they gave me. I am still here- no refund or food and no other customers.

I’ve had this happen too often at this location. Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. Instead of a fresh cracked egg, was served a frozen egg. Fed up with the start of my day being ruined and it never gets better. Also, listening to managers scream at employees while dining inside is unprofessional.

Their food is good, but i could go on about how crappy their employees are. They were all talking the whole time, your there for a reason and it’s to work. I’d also appreciate if they’d stop staring at me, while i’m eating and giving me a dirty look. they also dropped my patty on the floor and proceeded to put it BACK ON THE BUN!!

Ordered a mocha frappe with 2 espresso shots. Not sure what they did but it was too bitter to drink. May have added too much espresso or forgot the mocha. Idk. Sausage and egg biscuit and hashbrown was good.

I went into this establishment recently and had a terrible experience. The manager I was presented (Kassie was her name, I saw her tag) was very rude to her employees blatantly in store. She just wasn't friendly at all. The front counter wasn't absolutely bad, but I'm almost certain I heard her using racial slander in the back of the store which genuinely offended me. Not only disrespecting her employees and abusing her power, but throwing racial slander in the back like nobody can hear her is absolutely disrespectful behavior. I would not ever recommend this place as long as she's the one calling the shots and running the shifts. I feel terrible for anyone that has to deal with her. I know for sure I will never stop at this place again.
