The kitchen has closed. They state there is no plan to reopen. This is a golf clubhouse and the the bar sounds like it will remain open. Probably for the best. The VIP locals can have a drink without the riff raff food crowd polluting the inner sanctum.

I simply love this place!!! I have met my uncle here for lunch for the last three years. It has the river views and outside patio on one side and a golf course on the other side. Nice size bar and fireplace makes it cozy all year.

I've eaten there twice. The 1st experience was great. The food was good and the staff were friendly and prompt. The 2nd experience wasn't as pleasant. They weren't busy at all. We were one of three tables in the bar area of the restaurant and only a couple of people were seated at the bar. We waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken, which was cold when it arrived at our table. My mother-in-law ordered a French Dip, which she said the that it was cold as well and the meat tasted not fresh. The staff wasn't prompt and left dirty plates and dishes and our table throughout the meal. The atmosphere is good and it's a nice place, but I'm gonna have to give it another try before I can really form an opinion!

I would give this restaurant a 10 if there were more stars available! We had the prime rib sandwich which was so tasty. The atmosphere was wonderful. Kids eat free on Sundays, with a paying adult.
